Do not attach unpublished artwork, personal documents, credentials or payment details to an initial email. We will publish more specific support and submission guidance as the service is finalized.
Team workflow enquiries
If you are exploring a review workflow for a gallery, marketplace, school or research group, tell us the approximate volume, file types and review steps you have in mind. Do not send a set of artworks until we have confirmed a secure submission channel and its privacy terms.

Questions about a detection result
Share the file type, whether the artwork was compressed or resized, and which part of a report you would like clarified. You can explain the issue without sending the artwork itself. A detection result is an investigative signal, not proof of authorship.
For an accessibility report, include the page URL, device or assistive technology involved and the step where you encountered a barrier.
Privacy and security requests
For privacy questions, email info@aiartworkchecker.online with “Privacy question” in the subject. Do not include sensitive information until the request channel and identity-verification process are confirmed. The Privacy Notice explains how uploads and related information are handled.
