When you submit artwork for analysis, we process the artwork file and information embedded in it, such as file metadata, to generate a report. We may also process the report and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
If you contact us, we process the information in your message so we can respond. Do not send confidential, sensitive or unpublished material unless it is needed for your request.
3. How we use artwork and information
We use submitted artwork to provide the requested analysis and report. We do not use uploaded artwork to train our detection models. We do not sell artwork or reports or share them with advertisers or other platforms.
We may rely on service providers to host and secure the site and deliver the analysis. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. Contact us if you need more information about service providers involved in a particular feature.
4. Retention and deletion
You can request removal of an upload after its report is generated. Uploads that remain in the service are automatically cleared within 30 days. Technical records needed to keep the service secure may be retained separately for as long as reasonably needed for that purpose.
To request deletion, email info@aiartworkchecker.online and include enough information for us to locate the upload. Do not include the artwork again unless we ask for it.
5. Service providers and legal requirements
We may disclose limited information to providers supporting hosting, storage, security and analysis, or where disclosure is required to comply with law or protect the service and its users. We do not sell personal information.
Providers may process information in locations outside your own. We use appropriate safeguards for such processing where required.
