Do not use a result as the sole basis for a consequential decision about an artist, student, seller or other person. Consider additional evidence and give affected people a fair opportunity to provide context.
3. Your responsibilities
Submit only artwork and files you own or are authorized to provide. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service and any decision you make from a report complies with applicable law and your own policies.
You must not use the service to violate another person's rights, submit unlawful material, interfere with the site, probe or access systems without permission, or disrupt service for other users.
4. Plans and payment
Some features may be offered under free or paid plans. The plan, price, billing interval, taxes, renewal, cancellation and usage limits that apply will be shown before a purchase is completed. If those details are not shown at checkout, no paid subscription is being formed through this website.
Plan features and availability may change. Any changes affecting a paid subscription will be handled as required by the terms shown when you purchase and by applicable law.
5. Your artwork and reports
You keep the rights you hold in artwork you submit. You give AI Artwork Checker permission to receive, store and process the file only as needed to provide the analysis, generate your report, secure the service and meet legal requirements. This permission ends when the file is deleted, except for copies retained as described in the Privacy Notice.
You may use your report for your own review. Do not present an automated result as a conclusive proof of authorship or use it to mislead others.
